Today I would like to share some news that fills me with emotion and gratitude. My book “Raji, My Family: A Story of Immigration, Resistance, Courage and Love” is now part of the library catalogue of the Community of Madrid. This means that from now on, anyone can access it and borrow it free of charge to read.
As an author, this is a deeply beautiful and meaningful moment. Knowing that this book is there, waiting on the shelves, ready for new hands to leaf through it, to pause on its pages and be moved by this story of love and courage, fills me with great emotion.
This book was born from memory, effort and hope, and today it begins a new journey: that of meeting readers who may see their own stories, struggles or dreams reflected in its pages. Thank you to public libraries for making it possible for stories to travel freely and reach everyone.
